September fishing on the Konin River, the main source of Tugur. There was a lot of water, so we fished mainly in the Konin River - this taiga river is more suitable for fishing in floods than the Tugur River itself. I was lucky to beat my old taimen record of 2017.

In the end of September 2018 in the Tugur River several huge taimen were landed with a fly.

Fishing trip to a tributary of the Lower Amur
Today I am tying flies for myself: for the fall trip to catch Siberian taimen, for cherry salmon, and also for the summer trip to the Kola Peninsula.
This was a successful trip to the Lower Amur River. We were able to find new waters with Siberian taimen and other fish.
Today I have finished a new series of Siberian taimen flies. They will be sent to Moscow.
