Ul River, Lower Amur

Floating the Ul River - lots of big and small log jams. I have never seen a river with so many dead trees - we had to pass literally hundreds of them. I am glad the boat was chosen correctly - on any other boat the route will be much more difficult and dangerous. It is also good that we have taken bare minimum of the gear.
